Return & Exchange Eligibility

Return Window: 15 days from the delivery date

Condition Requirements: Items must be unused, in original packaging, and with all tags attached

Non-Returnable Items

To ensure the safety and quality of our products, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Artificial Flowers & Plants (due to hygiene reasons)
  • Candles & Home Fragrances (for safety considerations)
  • Wall Decals (once applied)
  • Personalized or custom-made items
  • Final sale items (clearly marked at purchase)

Return Process

  1. Submit Return Request: Complete the return request form below and email it to our customer service team within 15 days of delivery
  2. Receive Authorization: We’ll review your request and send a return authorization email with instructions within 2 business days
  3. Package Your Item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging with all included materials
  4. Ship Your Return: Send the package to our returns address using a trackable shipping method
  5. Processing: Once received, we’ll process your return within 3-5 business days

Exchange Process

If you’d like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product:
