All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Returns & Exchanges Policy
Return Eligibility
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days from the delivery date. To be eligible for return, items must meet the following conditions:
- Unused and in original condition
- In original packaging with all tags attached
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Non-Returnable Items
For safety and quality reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Artificial Flowers & Plants (due to hygiene considerations)
- Candles & Home Fragrances (for safety reasons)
- Wall Decals (once applied)
- Personalized or custom-made items
- Final sale items (clearly marked at purchase)
Return Process – Step by Step
Step 1: Submit Return Request
Complete our return request form and email it to [email protected] within 15 days of delivery. Please include:
- Your full name and order number
- Item(s) you wish to return
- Reason for return
- Preferred resolution (refund or exchange)
Step 2: Receive Authorization
Our customer service team will review your request and send a return authorization email with detailed instructions within 2 business days.
Step 3: Package Your Item
Securely pack the item in its original packaging with all included materials, tags, and documentation.

Exchange Process
If you’d like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product:

- Clearly indicate in your request that you prefer an exchange
- Specify the replacement item you’d like
- We’ll ship your new item once we receive the original product
